“State of the Testnets” 

Overall, the state of the testnets is poor. 

Synopsis: Only the BitcoinTestnet is reliable without additional mining. 

LitecoinTestnet, DashTestnet, PrimecoinTest all load, but only etch with their wallet miners activated. 
Namecoin testing is still pending due to waiting on coins to mature.
