Windows 10 is a fascist creature. It's very difficult to stop "critical" restarts from happening, thus, #Apertus needs an option to have the checkbox for the monitor to remain between new sessions (if monitor is checked, then remain checked). This is the only solid work-around to these restarts - one must put Apertus and the monitored blockchains in the startup folder. This would require Apertus to have the Monitor checkbox checked to operate correctly .... some kind of #bitFossil mode essentially
